Cancellation Policy

While we make every effort to ensure that our classes run as scheduled, and to date have had to cancel only very occasionally, some circumstances are beyond our control and we are unable to offer a 100% guarantee that every class will run as scheduled.

If it becomes necessary to make any significant changes to your class, you will be notified accordingly. You can then accept the changed arrangements, switch to an alternative class of the same or higher value, or cancel in full, in which case you will receive a full refund of any monies paid. A full refund will also be made if we have to cancel your class. We cannot however be responsible for any outlays such as unrefundable travel costs that you may make in connection with your booking, and therefore recommend that you take out appropriate insurance cover, particularly if attending a class running for more than one day.

If you have to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone or email, and confirm in writing. For cancellations made more than six weeks before the start of the course, any fees paid over and above the deposit will be refunded. No refunds can be made if you cancel less than six weeks before your course or fail to attend a course for its full duration. All deposits are non-refundable.
